TSF Building Construction Pte Ltd was established in 1998 with the aim of becoming an integrated enterprise with a highly specialized, competent and effective Management System in according with the International Standard. The company spearheaded by its Managing Director, Mr Tai See Fuui is now a well-respected company in the construction industry.

TSF Building Construction Pte Ltd started as a sub-contractor for structural and civil engineering works. The company has grown over the years and is now main contractor and specializing on Design and Build method for bungalows, commercial and industrial buildings and factories.

Our Company is awarded ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001: 2015, SS 506 Part 1:2009/ BS OHSAS 18001:2007, AJA(S)08/Q1888, Bizsafe Star and BCA Green and Gracious Builder. We are registered with the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) with General Builder License Grade 1 - GB1 and with financial workhead - Grade B2 under CW-01 (General Building) and CW-02 (Civil Engineering).

1998 Established and Founded by Mr. Tai See Fuui
1998- 2001 Sub-Contractor for Public Housing projects (HDB)
2002-2003 Established to secure first Rigid pavement & Parking apron project at Changi East, NEWater and Maju Camp.
2004-2006 Expand construction services to secure Bus Interchange project, External works and MRT Circle Line 1 project.
2007 Builder / Main Contractor
2008 Obtained Safety Management Assessment Scheme from SC2 Pte Ltd, BizSafe Level 4 certificate from WSH Council and OHSAS 18001:2001 and ISO 9001:2000 from AJA Registrars. Awarded by MOM as Approval Scaffold Contractor(Metal Scaffolds).
2007-2009 Secured first Bungalow House project worth $4.3M and first Commercial Building project worth $4.7M as a Main Contractor. Obtained BizSafe Star certificate from WSH Council in 2009.
2010-2012 Continued expansion in the development of private Residential houses and Landed Housing at Sandy Island, Cove Way & Cove Drive at Sentosa Island worth $21M. Construct first Substation project at Jurong Island. Obtained ISO 9001:2008 in 2011 and ISO 14001:2004 in 2012 from AJA Registrars. Awarded by BCA for Certificate of Contractor Registration System: CW01 & CW02 from C3 to B2 in 2011 and Building Licensing Scheme: General Builder Class 1 in 2012.
2013 Awarded by BCA for Green Mark Award for Buildings (Gold Plus).
2013-2015 Established to secure Structural works at Condominium project at Alexandra View and a Hospital project worth $31M.
2015 Awarded by BCA for Green and Gracious Builder Award.
2016- 2018 Secured Commercial & Industrial building projects at Seletar Aerospace Link , Seletar Aerospace Crescent and Structural works to Waste Water Treatment plant. Extend services of Addition & Alteration works to Town Council for HDB projects. Obtained ISO 14001:2015, SS506 Part 1: 2009/ BS OHSAS 18001:2007 and ISO 9001:2015 from AJA Registrars in 2017.
